The Collective — Proof of Concept

Never let an order go quiet on you.

Emerson Coast, Jamison Pointe, and Kindsor serve sororities, fraternities, and student orgs across three parallel brand funnels — each with the same manual proof and follow-up process. This is a proof of concept for catching stalled orders across the full collective before they put your on-time promise at risk.

Why this exists: the Account Manager role lists "follow up on quotes, orders, and customer communication" as something the new hire would own directly. With three brands running simultaneously, that follow-up load compounds quickly — especially during peak recruitment and bid day season. This demo shows what an automated stall-detector could look like across all three brands, with on-brand follow-up texts drafted per brand voice in one click.

Today's Orders — The Collective

How this would work in production

Phase 1
Shopify API Integration
Pull live order data from all three Shopify stores into a unified dashboard automatically. Real order status, customer details, and timestamps replace the simulated data you see here.
Phase 2
Communication Tracking
Connect to your existing texting or email platform to track actual last-contact timestamps per order, so "days since last activity" reflects real communication gaps, not just order age.
Phase 3
Follow-up Drafts — Already Working
The Claude-powered follow-up generator works exactly as shown. In production, it receives real order context instead of demo data. Brand voice logic per brand is already built.
